Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using gnomeventures.com and any related websites operated by Gnome Ventures LLC (collectively, the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Sites.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Gnome Ventures LLC through our contact page, you agree to the following terms:

• Consent: You may opt in to receive text messages from Gnome Ventures LLC by visiting our contact page. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Types of Messages: Messages may include responses to your inquiries, company updates, and follow-up communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your communications with us. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

• Privacy: Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your SMS opt-in information to any third party for any reason other than to deliver the specific services associated with your request. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages.
• Supported Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint/T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Liability: Gnome Ventures is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including but not limited to messages that are undeliverable as a result of any form of filtering applied by your wireless carrier or third-party service provider.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Gnome Ventures disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content on our Sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Gnome Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Sites shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability
