About Gnome Ventures

Our Story

Gnome Ventures started in 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The idea was straightforward: build a company that bridges the gap between deep technical infrastructure and the everyday products and experiences people actually use. Too many technology companies forget that the point of building things is for people to use them. Too many entertainment companies forget that reliability matters when the lights come on.

We started with TechGnome LV, providing IT services and managed hosting to local businesses who were tired of dealing with impersonal national providers. From there, we built CRMGnome to solve a problem we saw firsthand: small businesses need powerful customer management tools, but they do not need the complexity and cost that comes with enterprise CRM platforms. Then came ACE Analytics, applying machine learning to sports betting data, because Las Vegas and sports go hand in hand, and the data deserved better analysis than what most people were getting.

The entertainment side grew naturally. Charity Poker events brought the community together for good causes while doing what Las Vegas does best. Nightlife Gnome filled a gap we noticed as locals: most nightlife coverage is written by people who visited once for a weekend. We live here, and our coverage reflects that.

How We Work

Every Gnome Ventures company operates on its own. Each has its own brand, its own team focus, and its own customers. What they share is infrastructure, technical standards, and a philosophy: build things right the first time, be honest about what works and what does not, and never ship something you would not use yourself.

Our technical stack is self-hosted and self-managed. We run our own servers, our own monitoring, our own databases. When something breaks at 3 AM, we fix it ourselves. This is not because we enjoy waking up at 3 AM. It is because the only way to truly understand your systems is to be responsible for every layer of them.
