This policy complies with the Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act (NRS 603A) as amended by SB 220 and SB 260.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Server logs: Our web servers record standard access logs including IP addresses, requested URLs, response codes, and user agent strings. These logs are retained for operational and security purposes.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. We do not engage in cross-website behavioral tracking.

This section describes how we handle your information in connection with our text messaging program.

  • Message frequency varies based on your communications with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from Gnome Ventures.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages.
  • Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Rights Under Nevada Law (NRS 603A)

If you are a Nevada consumer, you have the following rights:

Right to opt out of sale: You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.

Right to submit a request: You may submit a verified request regarding your personal information by emailing us at [email protected]. We will respond within 60 days of receiving your request. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial 60-day period.

Verification: We will verify your identity using commercially reasonable means before processing your request. This may include confirming your email address or other identifying information.
